This page is empty on purpose. Peter has been registered in Ontario since 2004 and has worked with plenty of loft buyers and sellers, but nothing goes on this page until a client has said it in their own words and agreed to it being published with their name attached.
Placeholder quotes would have been easy to write and are common on agent sites. They are also a false representation about a registrant’s services, which is precisely what the rules Peter works under prohibit. So the page stays empty until it is not.
If you have worked with Peter and would be willing to say so, send it to peter@gtalofts.com — it will not be published without your explicit go-ahead.
Checking a registrant yourself
You do not have to take an agent’s word about their own standing, and you should not. Every real estate registrant in Ontario is listed on the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s public registrant search, together with their brokerage and the status of their registration. Look Peter up, and look up anyone else you are considering.
